Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply equally to singular and plural forms of each term.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to vb8bdt and the ability to place real-money wagers is subject to the eligibility criteria set out in this section. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

2.1  Eligibility Requirements

• You are at least 18 years of age. vb8bdt strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for another individual.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of vb8bdt or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account on vb8bdt closed, suspended, or permanently excluded for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as having a gambling addiction and are not registering under a self-exclusion arrangement from another gaming platform.

2.2  Registration Process

To register a vb8bdt account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, a unique password, and any additional details requested during the KYC verification process. You must not use fictitious names, temporary phone numbers, or any information belonging to another person.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on vb8bdt. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Section 3

Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your vb8bdt account is a shared responsibility. vb8bdt invests significantly in technical security infrastructure, but the protection of your login credentials rests primarily with you as the account holder.

3.1  Player Obligations

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your account, place wagers on your behalf, or conduct any transaction using your account credentials.
• You must notify vb8bdt's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must not use an automated login script, bot, or any other software to access your account or interact with the Platform.

3.2  Platform Security Measures

vb8bdt protects all accounts with 256-bit SSL encryption applied to all data in transit, SMS OTP two-factor authentication triggered on new device logins, automatic session expiry following a period of inactivity, and real-time anomaly detection that flags unusual login patterns or transaction behaviour for review. These measures represent reasonable and industry-standard precautions; they do not constitute a guarantee against all possible security breaches.

3.3  Limitation of Liability for Unauthorised Access

vb8bdt shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, sharing of credentials with a third party, or use of the account on an insecure or compromised device. vb8bdt will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access in good faith and may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

vb8bdt processes deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment channels designed to serve players across Bangladesh conveniently and securely. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the terms set out in this section.

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods

vb8bdt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any changes to the available payment options via the Platform's announcements section.

4.2  Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and USDT channels are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by vb8bdt's payment processor. Confirmation times vary by payment method — mobile wallet deposits typically confirm within 5–10 seconds.
• vb8bdt does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vb8bdt accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.3  Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC identity verification. vb8bdt may request documentation at any point prior to or during withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts targeting bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within five minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• vb8bdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or if identity verification is incomplete.
• Any active Bonus Balance that has not yet met its wagering requirement will not be included in a withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the remaining Real Money Balance unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

vb8bdt offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms specific to each individual offer.

1. Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria for each offer (including minimum deposit amount, qualifying game categories, and Player tier requirements) are stated in the individual promotion terms.
2. Bonus credits and free spin winnings are added to a Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the Wagering Requirement stated in the specific promotion. The Wagering Requirement must be met before any winnings derived from the Bonus Balance can be transferred to the Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
3. Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slot games from qualifying providers typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Sports bets may have a separate and distinct contribution structure. The contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the individual promotion terms.
4. Bonus credits expire at the time stated in the individual promotion terms. All expiry times are displayed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Expired bonus credits and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
5. Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual Players. vb8bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or clawback any bonus — including winnings generated from bonus play — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or any other activity inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming.
6. A Player may only hold one active welcome bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once, whether through a single account or multiple accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account closure.
7. vb8bdt's promotional calendar includes offers tied to BPL season fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup campaigns, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi cultural milestones. Participation in these promotions is entirely voluntary and subject to the same general bonus terms outlined in this section.
8. vb8bdt reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion cancellation, any unmet wagering requirements attached to bonus credits already awarded will be waived and the Bonus Balance forfeited.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on vb8bdt are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised game providers. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on the Platform.

6.1  Casino Games

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by prior results, bet size, or any external factor. Each game round produces an independently verifiable random outcome.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the in-game information panel as supplied by the original game provider. vb8bdt does not alter or cap the RTP settings applied by the provider.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the Player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• vb8bdt is not responsible for losses incurred due to a Player's internet connection failure during a game session. Where a game round cannot be completed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side, the outcome recorded by vb8bdt's servers shall be definitive.

6.2  Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. vb8bdt reserves the right to void a bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault.
• Live in-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant market is suspended. Once a market is suspended, no further bets will be accepted until it is reopened. vb8bdt is not responsible for bets placed after the suspension trigger event has occurred but before the suspension is reflected in the user interface due to transmission delay.
• The settlement of sports bets is based on the official result published by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result amendment by the governing body after initial settlement, vb8bdt reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. vb8bdt reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb8bdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance where funds are found to be connected to prohibited activity), and may result in reporting to law enforcement authorities.

1. Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on vb8bdt, whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
2. Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with vb8bdt's support team.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-format games.
4. Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game in a manner not available to an ordinary human user.
5. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, including structured low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
6. Money Laundering: Using the vb8bdt Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal sources, or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming activity.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider for a genuine transaction conducted on vb8bdt.
8. Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing any wager using knowledge that is not available to the general public, including insider information about sporting events, player fitness, or officiating decisions.
9. Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features (where available) to harass, threaten, or abuse vb8bdt staff, support agents, or other users.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, user interface designs, and data compilations available on the vb8bdt Platform are the intellectual property of vb8bdt or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vb8bdt Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• The vb8bdt name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks. You must not use these marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without vb8bdt's prior written consent.
• Game assets including artwork, animations, sound effects, and music are the proprietary content of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe) and are used by vb8bdt under licence. You acquire no rights in this content through your use of the Platform.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you submit to vb8bdt may be used by vb8bdt without obligation or compensation to you.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vb8bdt's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows.

1. vb8bdt provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
2. vb8bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if vb8bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. vb8bdt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. vb8bdt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, payment processor outages, or actions of third-party game providers.
5. vb8bdt does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability. vb8bdt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where reasonably practicable.
6. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes vb8bdt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 10

Amendments & Termination

vb8bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedures govern how changes are communicated and how account termination is handled.

10.1  Amendments

• Where a material change to these Terms & Conditions is made, vb8bdt will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where possible, by sending a notification to the mobile number associated with the Player's account.
• The updated Terms & Conditions will display the revised effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following successful identity verification.

10.2  Account Closure by Player

• You may request closure of your vb8bdt account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt and confirmation of identity.
• Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Any outstanding Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements will be voided and forfeited.
• Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) should follow the dedicated self-exclusion process described in the Responsible Gaming section of these Terms and on the Responsible Gaming page to ensure appropriate platform-wide access restrictions are applied.

10.3  Account Suspension or Closure by vb8bdt

• vb8bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction.
• Where an account is suspended or closed by vb8bdt due to suspected prohibited conduct, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
• Where an account is closed by vb8bdt for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 11

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising in connection with your use of the vb8bdt Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The following provisions apply to the resolution of any dispute between you and vb8bdt.

11.1  Dispute Resolution Process

1. First Contact: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or Platform feature, your first step must be to contact vb8bdt's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (BST) and aim to provide a substantive response within 72 hours.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first contact stage, you may request escalation to vb8bdt's senior disputes team. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within 14 calendar days of the escalation request.
3. Game Outcome Disputes: All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and independently logged by vb8bdt's game servers. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the server log data maintained by vb8bdt shall be the definitive record. Game provider server logs may also be consulted where relevant.
4. Acceptance of Final Decision: The final decision issued by vb8bdt's senior disputes team represents the Platform's concluded position on the matter. By using vb8bdt, you agree that this dispute resolution process constitutes a reasonable and fair mechanism for resolving account and gameplay disputes.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

12.1  Age Restriction
